WASH SYSTEM & IN-SITU NOZZLE CLEANING CART

The RASAKTI’s compressor wash systems are compact and self-contained, they includes a combined engine compressor wash in-situ nozzle cleaning circuit.  Both features use the same two 10 U.S. gallon reservoirs for cleaning solution and rinse fluid.  This capacity is sufficient to perform, combined cycles.  The pulsating action makes it possible to clean fuel nozzles without removing them from the engine is a major cost saving in your Engine MRO activities.

Our rig system is trolley-mounted and is operated by a standard shop compressed air supply or other suitable regulated pressure air source.

PORTABLE WASH CART

The Portable Compressor Wash System brings a new definition to safety and performance.  It is designed to be easily transported to the job site and can be adapted to virtually any type of turbine engine.

The Portable Compressor Wash System is easy to use.  Its ergonomic design assures that it is user friendly.  The operator simply sets two controls:  the wash-rinse and pressure-regulation controls, consistent with engine specifications.  The unit includes its own air supply which will provide up to ten washes before recharging.
