Rasakti with 30 years of experiences in maintenance and tool design and manufacturing has recently diversified into providing solutions for the growing modernization efforts undertaken by several NATO countries.
Each military vehicle has a group of unique tools required to perform maintenance. They are typically custom made based upon the application and particular part. Each of the vehicle’s Technical Manuals (TM) has a Repair Parts and Special Tool Listing (RPSTL) that defines numerous special tools by maintenance levels. These tools are not found in common fielded tool systems and are required to maintain critical battle platforms.
With focus in supporting Canada’s DND Modernisation efforts, Rasakti has recently designed and engineered a low cost, low center of gravity cargo and tanker trailers (Water or Fuel) for Canada’s light and Medium asset requirements. Not departing from our core competencies Rasakti offers modernized packages of special tools to eliminate redundancy and make them available for rapid inventory, deployable systems for land vehicle maintenance. Improved accountability and transportability of these specialized requirements will increase safety, operational readiness, capability and decrease down time, eliminate unnecessary tool procurements as well as save money.

Rasakti with 30 year of experience has developed a prototype cargo trailer. This new trailer is designed to be versatile in its concept to provide support on a multitude of mission requirements and is capable of being stacked without disassembly for air deployment on most military cargo planes. Many options are available, all steel or aluminum construction, Hitch pole braking system, foldable or straight hitch pole, air or electrical brake systems, flush deck tie down points and SMP paint and 3 types of suspension and two tire configuration. Rasakti will adjust its design for the 1, 2 and 5 ton units to any customer requirements.

Rasakti’s Low Center of Gravity On/Off road Potable Water trailers are available in an ISO Configuration: i.e.: Tank Bicon on Trailer or directly on trailer frame. Rasakti has developed its trailers to suit the most demanding missions such as Double Wall Construction with or with insulation, High Clearance of Axels for better off Road Manoeuvrability, Anti-Sloshing Interior baffles for Stability. As with our cargo trailers these can be all Aluminum or All Steel with Foldable and or Adjustable Toe Bar hitch. Optional Electric or Air Driven On Board Systems such as Disinfection – Reverse osmosis – Filters Pumps – Hoses , Pump On – Pump Off Capability can be supplied.
Sizes Available 750-1200-1500 Litres with one or two axles depending on capacity of units ordered to meet DOT requirements.
