Rasakti is a custom manufacturer for your Make to Print project.

Rasakti service specializes in the repair, up-grade and overhaul of MRO tooling and Ground Support Equipment, providing a cost-effective way for our customers to keep their shop running without having to purchase new replacement tooling.  Our repairs are completed in-house and re-certified, if needed. At Rasakti we are committed to supporting our products throughout their entire life cycle. We offer every customer a full range of support services and products, no matter where our products might be located and whether in garrison or deployed. Rasakti is the partner of choice for Military bases in Eastern Canada i.e. Eastern Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Provinces.

CMM inspection (up-to 6,5 meters)

Rasakti offer a high capacity, climate controlled DIMENSIONAL LAB providing customized reporting and full CAD capabilities.  The inspection and certification process at Rasakti utilizes MITUTOYO coordinate measuring machines.

Load test certification

Rasakti’s qualified technicians can inspect and certify your securing and lifting equipment.

Rasakti can perform Black Oxide processes, as per AMS2485 specification in-house.

This chemical coating provides increased corrosion resistance and aesthetic enhancement.
